What are your payment options?

• Bank Deposit / Online Transfer via our UnionBank account
• PayPal
• Credit Card (to do this, checkout as a PayPal guest)

All payment options will be available once you checkout with your order.

When do you ship?

All shipments for By The Form are during Mondays and Thursdays from small to big items. Cut off of orders for Monday and Thursday will be at 12pm. This means that all orders made on Monday(12pm onwards)-Wednesday will be shipped on a Thursday while all orders made on Thursday(12pm onwards)-Sunday will be shipped on a Monday. Thank you! 

How much do you charge for delivery free? 

We will charge your order per each category after your order has been confirmed.

• Designated Courier Delivery (Dispatched every Monday and Thursday - Weight basis, rates will be sent once your is confirmed and fully paid.)

Shipping rate choices will be sent once the total weight of the products in your cart has been finalized and discussed.

How long will it take for the products to arrive?

Same Day Delivery (Every Monday and Thursday via Transportify -- usually between 11am-2pm your orders will be arriving to you already. We will advice if it will arrive later than 2pm due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances that happened with the booking or rider)

Courier Delivery (Dispatched every Monday and Thursday via JNT Express) - For Metro Manila it will take 3-4 business days including the processing while for provincial areas will take 4-5 days. 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do! Currently, we are using our partner couriers to be able to ship from small to big items nationwide. Freight fee is upon discussion after your order has been placed on our webstore.
