What are your payment options?

• Bank Deposit / Online Transfer (BDO, Unionbank)
• PayPal
• Credit Card (to do this, checkout as a PayPal guest)

All payment options will be available once you checkout with your order.

When do you ship?

All shipments for By The Form are strictly Mondays and Thursdays, from small to big items. Cut off of confirmed paid orders for Monday and Thursday will be one day before. This means that all paid orders made on Monday-Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday while all paid orders made on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

Do you accept rush orders?

We don't accept rush orders to maintain high-quality service and accurate product delivery. 

How much do you charge for delivery fee? 

Metro Manila

Flat Rate will be computed upon check out of your order. This is inclusive of all fees such as toll fees and driver tips.

Provincial

Please reach out to us so we can discuss shipping rates. 

How long will it take for the products to arrive?

Same Day Delivery

Every Monday and Thursday via Lalamove/Transportify between 10am-5pm Delivery time will vary due to traffic or any unforeseen circumstances with the booking or rider. 

You will receive an update via Email and SMS with a live tracking link once your order is on the way. 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do! Our partner courier- Transportify will be able to ship from small to big items Nationwide. Freight fee is upon discussion after your order has been placed on our webstore.
